Refund policy
RETURNS
If you're unhappy with your order and would like to return it for a refund, please contact us via email at support@newbornish.co.uk, within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly. All returned items must be in good, unworn condition, as any damage may delay or prevent the refund.
Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We will replace your item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at support@newbornish.co.uk with your order details.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
All refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
